At Univerx we build co-browsing, one-click video calls and smart routing for sales and support teams. Describing a screen over the phone is the slowest part of both jobs, so we built a way to just look at it together.
Our customers work in finance, insurance, healthcare, energy and the public sector. They see 35% higher conversion, 60% faster resolution and 45% fewer support tickets once the agent and the customer share the same screen.
We are a small, ambitious team that values curiosity, ownership and collaboration. We move quickly, ask for feedback early, and care about the details. If that sounds like how you work, we would like to hear from you.
The Role
As a Senior Product Designer, you'll lead the design of the live session experience across Univerx: co-browsing, video calls, routing and the agent console. You'll work with product managers, engineers and researchers to turn complex real-time workflows into something an agent can use under pressure.
You'll shape our design strategy, evolve the design system, and make sure both sides of a session, the agent and the customer, always know what is happening.
What You'll Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery to high-fidelity implementation.
- Design the agent console, the customer-facing session UI, and the routing and queue tools.
- Design for real-time states: connecting, waiting, dropping and reconnecting.
- Contribute to and evolve Univerx's design system and component library.
- Run user research and usability testing with real sales and support agents.
- Prototype interactions that make a live session feel calm rather than busy.
- Work with engineers so the shipped session matches the intent, pixel for pixel.
- Champion accessibility and privacy across every screen a customer can see.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in product design or UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.

- Experience designing tools for an operational team, such as support or sales.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and product managers.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
